Conference Location

The conference will be held at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. The hub of the conference is the Murray D. Lincoln Campus Center. Many sessions and events will be held in the Campus Center, with additional programming in nearby academic buildings, the Fine Arts Center, and around the campus pond. Click here to take a look at a campus map.

The Campus Center and Campus Center Parking Garage are located at 1 Campus Center Way, Amherst MA 01003. Click here to obtain turn-by-turn directions to the Campus Center Parking Garage.

The North Residence Halls are all located on Eastman Lane, Amherst MA 01003. Click here to obtain turn-by-turn direction to North (please note this link will provide directions to North D, but as all 4 North buildings are located next to each other these directions can be used regardless of your final building assignment).

The traditional residence hall will be located in the Central Residential Area, near Infirmary Way in Amherst MA 01003, but at this time we do not know the exact building that will be used. Campus Center eateries will be open and we anticipate that Franklin Dining Commons will be the main DC. Updates will be posted here and detailed information will be emailed to all registered attendees as the conference approaches.

This airport is approximately 45 miles from the UMass campus. Another option is Logan International Airport in Boston, located approximately 95 miles from the UMass campus. Please remember to organize transportation to and from the airport in advance.

Transportation Services

TRAVELING BY BUS

The Amherst area is serviced by Greyhound, 800-229-9424, Peter Pan Bus Lines, Peter Pan Bus Lines, PeterPanBus.com, 800-343-9999, and the Pioneer Valley Transit Authority (PTVA), 413-586-5806. Based on the service you select and route availabilities you should take a bus to Amherst UMass if at all possible instead of Amherst Center (Amherst Center is about 1.5 miles from the UMass Campus). Please be sure to review bus schedules and campus maps before your arrival as both the area and the campus can be confusing to navigate if it is your first time here.
